Haayyy beautiful, my name is Malace. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and Paul Mitchell graduate with a heart for natural hair and healthy beauty. While I’m skilled in many areas, my specialty is caring for your real crown—your natural hair, your confidence, and your spirit. Royal Kare was created to be more than a salon. It is a faith-based, welcoming space where every client is treated with love, intention, and respect. Whether you are a new client or someone who has been with me from the beginning, I’m honored to crown you with excellence, beauty, and God-led care. Your crown is sacred here, and I’m committed to protecting it. I believe every client deserves to feel like royalty. Because of that, I do not rush my work. I value quality, detail, and a peaceful environment. If you are impatient or looking for rushed service, this may not be the right space for you. Respect is important to me, and disrespect will not be tolerated. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If I am ever 15 minutes late, I will respectfully deduct from your total, or if you choose to continue your appointment, a $50 fee will apply especially when I have clients scheduled after you. My time is valuable, just like yours. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is accepted in cash only and will be collected once 50% of the service has been completed. Squeeze-in appointments are $100, and holiday appointments are $100. No extra guests are allowed; bringing additional people will forfeit your appointment as this is your self-care day. A consultation is required for all silk press and natural hair services to ensure the best care for your crown. Thank you for choosing Royal Kare. Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Royal Kare Beauty Parlor require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the inability to book future appointments. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require the appointment to be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the stylist. If the appointment is canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited. If Royal Kare Beauty Parlor or stylist Malace Johnson must cancel an appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the client will be given the option to reschedule or have their deposit applied to a future appointment. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
